PROJECT_2022 (13 SPEED , 6 LASER & 8 REDLIGHTS)

Sensor was not working so went to the site and reboot the system and sensor is working.
Installed new cell in the timer for auto reboot of sensor.

Pi card changed and monitoring software updated.
